What the Research Shows
Comprehensive safety and efficacy review of Moringa oleifera covering five published human studies. Powdered leaf preparations (4.6-8 g/day for 40-120 days) demonstrated anti-hyperglycemic and anti-dyslipidemic effects in human subjects, with no adverse effects reported. Active constituents include polyphenols, flavonoids, and glucosinolates.
