Every stack ships monthly as a single subscription. You can start with a preset stack or build your own from our full ingredient catalog.
The Science
Why dosing rhythm matters
Your body adapts. Take the same compound at the same dose every day, and over time your receptors downregulate — you feel less effect and reach for higher doses. This is called tolerance, and it's the reason most supplement routines quietly stop working after a few months.
The fix isn't to take more. It's to take strategically. Some compounds genuinely need daily consistency to work (creatine, collagen, magnesium). Others work best on a pulsed weekly cycle — 5 days on, 2 days off — to keep receptor sensitivity high. And a third category needs to be cycled over months: you take them for a stretch, then switch to an alternative product targeting the same outcome while your body resets.
We classify every compound in our catalog into one of three dosing tiers based on its pharmacology, half-life, and receptor behavior. Your stack follows these protocols automatically — you don't need to track anything.
What is "cycling"?
Cycling means alternating between periods of use and periods of rest for a given supplement. Instead of taking the same dose every single day forever, you follow a structured rhythm — a weekly on/off cycle (pulsed), or months on an ingredient followed by months on an alternative that targets the same outcome (cycled) — to prevent tolerance and maintain full efficacy over the long term.

Not every supplement needs to be cycled. The most important thing to understand is which compounds are foundational (take daily, no cycling needed) and which benefit from strategic timing.

Cycled
Months on, then an alternative product for the same goal
Some compounds affect hormonal or adaptogenic pathways that need a longer reset. After an active window (typically 6–8 weeks), we swap in a different product that targets the same outcome. Your body stays responsive, and you keep making progress toward the same goal through a different mechanism.
