We ship to all US states except Alaska and Hawaii. Our fulfillment centers can't deliver to US military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) either. Every US stack subscription ships free.

Shipping is charged at checkout by destination and package weight. These are our carrier's actual rates passed straight through — we don't mark them up.

International orders ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in your order total, and are payable by you on delivery.

Subscription Shipping
Your first shipment arrives within 5–7 business days of placing your order. After that, refills ship approximately every 25 days — timed so you never run out.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info when each order ships. You can update your shipping address anytime through your account.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Window
Changed your mind? You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
What Can Be Returned
Unopened products only. For safety reasons, supplements cannot be resold once the seal is broken. We can only accept returns on sealed, unopened items.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we can't process refunds for returns that don't arrive.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and verify your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Important Note
Cancellations apply to future orders only. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be refunded—but you can return it unopened within 30 days of delivery.
