Dong Quai

Angelica sinensis

Often called 'Female Ginseng,' dong quai is one of the most widely used herbs in Traditional Chinese Medicine for women's health. The dried root contains ferulic acid, ligustilide, and other phthalides that have been studied for their role in supporting healthy circulation and menstrual comfort.
