Coconut Oil

Cocos nucifera

A natural oil pressed from the meat of the coconut, rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) — particularly lauric acid, which comprises roughly 50% of its fatty acid profile. In topical applications, coconut oil serves as an emollient and occlusive moisturizer.
