What the Research Shows
Systematic review of 7 clinical studies evaluating Tribulus terrestris for sexual dysfunction. Doses of 250-1,500 mg/day for 2-3 months improved libido scores and sexual satisfaction in both men and women. Evidence for direct testosterone elevation remains inconclusive; effects may be mediated through androgen receptor sensitivity.
