What the Research Shows
Systematic review and meta-analysis of 17 RCTs (n=736) examining resveratrol supplementation on inflammatory markers. Resveratrol significantly reduced TNF-alpha (p=0.002) and hs-CRP (p=0.033) versus placebo, supporting its use as an adjunct anti-inflammatory agent in metabolic diseases.
